Ministry extends compliance deadlines and tightens rules on work experience certificates


The Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change has amended the Regulation on the Classification and Record Keeping of Building Contractors. A new clause prohibits the use of work experience certificates obtained through fraudulent means or prohibited acts for classification purposes. Additionally, the amendment extends the deadlines for certain provisional articles regarding cooperative registrations and validity periods to 31 December 2026.

Ministry of Justice adjusts advertising thresholds based on producer price index


A new Communiqué has been issued updating the monetary limits that determine how sales under the Execution and Bankruptcy Law are advertised. Effective 1 February 2026, sales with an estimated value between 1.18 million TL and 4.74 million TL must be advertised in local newspapers or internet news sites, while sales exceeding 4.74 million TL require advertisement in widely distributed newspapers or high-traffic internet news sites.

2026 State Support Rates for Special Education Announced
