Urgent Expropriation for Energy Projects


Presidential decisions authorize land acquisition for gas pipelines and storage facilities


Several Presidential Decisions have authorized urgent expropriations for critical energy infrastructure. These include lands along the Mut-Mersin Natural Gas Pipeline route, specific parcels in Denizli (Sarayköy) for the Buharkent natural gas supply, lands in Istanbul and Tekirdağ for the Silivri Natural Gas Storage 4th Phase Project, and lands for the Çorum-Ortaköy and Yozgat-Baydiğin-Aydıncık natural gas connection lines. Land Consolidation in Tunceli


DSİ to conduct agricultural infrastructure works in Mazgirt

Amendments to Contracted Personnel Employment Principles
